Returns Policy
Products can be exchanged or credited within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. We do not accept refunds if a customer changes their mind.
For Minor faults or problems with a Product, we can offer a repair of the product.
No refund or exchange is provided for any other reason or where the product is found to be not faulty.
If the Product is found not to have any problems, then the Customer will be liable for any transport / return and other associated costs.
*Restocking fee of 20% may apply
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
We give up to 7 days.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items must be returned to the Peakhurst store.
Proof of purchase eg. Invoice and Items to be in original condition and must not have any damage or have been used.
